The day before, Thursday, April 16, 2015, a Research Workshop for Young Researchers took place.

After the opening and the keynote speeches in Ceremonial Hall 1 of the new Campus WU in the immediate vicinity of Vienna's Prater in the morning, the afternoon brought interesting content in three tracks on the following topics

  1. Empirical findings on university teacher training

  2. Empirical findings on issues relevant to teaching and

  3. Experience reports on teaching economics

  4.  

As has become a tradition, presentations and subsequent discussions on current issues were organized by staff members from all Austrian BE locations.
