Open Access publishing with Sage

A contract with SAGE allows WU authors to publish Open Access in the journals listed here free of charge.

Who is eligible for the option?

Authors who are affiliated with WU Vienna and act as "corresponding author" of the article are eligible. The free OA publication applies to the following article types: Original Research Paper, Review Paper, Brief Communication, Short Report and Case Report.

How does it work?

As a WU-affiliated "corresponding author" of a publication in a corresponding SAGE journal, you will be informed about the existing Open Access option after the library has confirmed your affiliation with WU.

Can I also publish OA in a SAGE journal that is not included in the above list?

This is possible, but in this case the regulations for the OA Publication Fund apply.
