In order to document the qualifications acquired in the SBWL for employers, the Institute for Business Education offers the opportunity to obtain the Business Trainer Certificate if the requirements below are met.

In particular, the Business Trainer Certificate is aimed at those students who would like to work in a professionally qualified manner as in-house trainers in the future.

Requirements

• The SBWL Business Training & Education Management was successfully completed with a grade (point) average not worse than 2.0, where a maximum of one Befriedigend (satisfactory) or worse is permitted.

• The Bachelor's thesis has a pedagogical-didactic orientation. If the Bachelor's thesis was written at the Institute for Business Education, this will be the case and no further proof is required. If the Bachelor's thesis was written at another institute, please contact Dr. Pachlinger. If there is no pedagogical-didactic reference, it is possible to document it in a subsequently written supplement to the Bachelor's thesis.

• The Bachelor's thesis was not graded worse than with a Befriedigend (satisfactory).

• Four free electives in the area of Social Skills were completed with a grade (point) average not worse than 1.5, but no Befriedigend (satisfactory) or worse is permitted.

• The Bachelor's program was successfully completed at WU Vienna.
