Robbe hails from Belgium. He received a bachelor’s degree from KU Leuven (in 2021) and Master of Laws degree (specialization in Tax law and Private Law) from KU Leuven in 2023, graduating with honours. His master's thesis, focused on forfeiture and abuse of rights in Private Law, was awarded summa cum laude. In his research, he likes to incorporate interdisciplinary perspectives to enhance its comprehensiveness. In addition to his academic achievements, Robbe has gained substantial work experience in tax and other legal fields. Over three years, he intermittently interned at 'De Groote - De Man,' a law firm specializing in real estate and commercial law. There, he provided interdisciplinary advice and conducted tax planning for high net-worth individuals. In 2023, he further expanded his expertise by interning with the Global Tax and Transfer Pricing team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Brussels. Outside of his professional pursuits, Robbe is an avid sports enthusiast with a strong interest in history.
