Oliver Vettori (WU)

Oliver Vettori (PhD) is Dean, Accreditation & Quality Management and Director, Programme Management & Teaching and Learning Support (2015-), has worked in several other positions at WU, and (co-)taught classes in organisational behaviour, evaluation theory, research methodology and higher education. He is currently leading the teaching and learning activities of the ENGAGE.EU European University alliance.

Samuel Prieth (WU)

Samuel Prieth works in the Teaching & Learning Development Unit at WU, where he is involved in various teaching and learning projects. He is responsible for the coordination and technical development of the ENGAGE.EU Signature Course, which includes managing its course website and module platform.

Andreas Haller (NHH)

Andreas Haller is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zurich. His research interests lie in the areas of public economics and labor economics. His research studies the optimal design of Disability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Old-Age Pensions by combining theoretical insights with empirical evidence.

Michael Müller-Camen (WU)

Michael Müller-Camen is Professor of Human Resource Management at WU. He has developed a reputation as one of the leading scholars in Sustainable HRM and Green HRM, and the newly emerging field of Common Good HRM. Based on this research he assumes that the future of work will be characterised by a growing emphasis on self-management, purpose and transparency balancing the digital transformation requiring a changing workforce.

Andreas Rausch (UMA)

Dr. Andreas Rausch is a full professor of Economics and Business Education – Workplace Learning at the Mannheim Business School (MBS) of the University of Mannheim, Germany. He received his PhD (“Dr. rer. pol.”) and also qualified as a professor at the University of Bamberg. Andreas's current research interests include workplace learning, simulation-based learning, domain-specific problem solving, competence assessment, and vocational education and training (VET). Andreas is committed to empirical educational research with a focus on process analysis and non-cognitive facets.

Jürgen Seifried (UMA)

Dr. Juergen Seifried is a full professor of Economic and Business Education at the Business School of the University of Mannheim, Germany. His research focuses on subject didactic issues, research on competence development of teachers and trainers, simulation-based learning, learning in the workplace, and methods of competence assessment in vocational education. He is co-editor of the German Journal “Zeitschrift für Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik”.

Manuel Böhm (UMA)

Manuel Böhm is a PhD candidate in Economics and Business Education – Workplace Learning at the University of Mannheim, Germany. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Education from UMA. Since 2022, he has been working as a scientific assistant at the chair for Workplace Learning. Manuel’s research interests revolve around informal learning in the work context.

Anthea Chai (UTC)

Anthea Chai worked as a quality engineer in the aeronautic industry before joining the educational sector. She worked as a quality auditor for various European Union funded projects, has expertise and competencies in quality, security and environmental audit, quality improvements, offshore processes and the cost of non-quality to multinational servicing companies. She is currently the quality referent of UTC for ENGAGE.EU and also an active member of the ENGAGE.EU Quality Board.

Mathias Janko (WU)

Mathias Janko is a 3D Artist with AR/VR and Audio-Visual Design background. He made the concept and development of the Virtual Campus to gain experience and explore its suitability for didactic approaches. He has designed various architectures to facilitate formal and informal learning and present and evaluate the outcomes.

Alexander Pittesser (WU)

As tutor for Human Resource Management Alexander is responsible for content design and didactic concept of Module 3 – Reinventing Work. To fulfill this role, he draws on 10 years of experience as an HR professional and his degree in Business Education from WU.

Johanna Warm (WU)

Johanna is head of the Teaching & Learning Development Unit at WU. She focuses on HE pedagogy and didactics and is a regular speaker/trainer on T&L methods, course design and teaching staff development at WU and abroad. Johanna supports the ENGAGE.EU Signature Course in didactical questions and facilitates the development of the case study assignment.

Claudius Werry (UMA)

Claudius Werry is Co-Director of the International Office at University of Mannheim and coordinates ENGAGE.EU learning activities such as the Online Exchange Initiative, ENGAGE.EU Modules and ENGAGE.EU Signature Courses at the University of Mannheim.
