The Professional Service Department Program Management and Teaching & Learning Support (PMTL) is the central organizational unit for teaching at WU. It focuses on activities and services for teachers and program managers, complementing WU's Study Service Center, where all student services are combined.

Program Management and Teaching & Learning Support is responsible for

• coordinating the study program portfolio, curricular processes and institutional teaching policies,

• the development and organization of the teaching infrastructure,

•  digital teaching, learning and assessment,

• teaching development and didactic qualification,

• the allocation and monitoring of teaching budgets and teaching resources,

• internal quality assurance and development,

• data management and analyses in the area of teaching and students.

PMTL also supports WU's international positioning and cooperation within the ENGAGE.EU, SIGMA, AACSB and EQUIS networks as well as through projects with other networks and universities.
