The team General Consultation and Communication supports and advises students on fundamental topics related to international exchange. Responsibilities include communicating exchange programs and the services of the International Office, as well as social media and community management.

The team Outgoing Exchange and Partnerships supports and advises WU students who are seeking an international study experience. In addition, the team is responsible for the cooperation and contact we maintain with our partner institutions worldwide.

The International Short Programs Team is responsible for planning and implementing international short study programs and summer universities. In addition, the ISP Team advises students interested in international short programs. The ISP team is responsible for programs at WU Vienna as well as abroad.

The team supports WU students and university staff regarding financial support for their mobility activities abroad. Additionally, the responsibility for the management of Erasmus+ funding projects is located in this team.
