The Personnel Planning team is available to provide advice on all matters related to strategic and operative planning for filling vacancies, establishing new positions, and making personnel decisions. In particular, we serve as a point of contact for all members of WU’s management personnel at WU’s departments and the heads of WU service units.
 

Our responsibilities:

• Making decisions on hiring staff for replacement positions funded from WU’s global budget (except senior faculty)

• Advising WU management staff on all questions related to replacement positions

• Compensation and benefits

• Responsibility for implementing WU’s personnel budget

• Assisting the Rector’s Council member responsible for human resources in questions of personnel policy
