On April 7-9, 2025, Student Wellbeing Days will again take place at WU.

WU students can participate in practical talks and short workshops to upgrade their holistic wellbeing competencies: e.g. improving your resilience through breathing and ice baths, learning how to rest and recuperate better to improve performance, busting learning myths, better understanding and co-creating group dynamics.
