Breathing like the Ice Man - Mental strength & Resilience

Stress regulation and resilience are becoming increasingly important given the increasing demands of daily life. Through conscious breathing and cold exposure, we not only learn to deal better with stress and challenges in our professional and private lives, the combination of breathing training, cold exposure and mindset exercises generally has a positive effect on our holistic well-being.

KristaGilda Kerner has been supporting people in individual work and groups with integrative breathwork and shamanic methods for 20 years. Cold water breathing is one aspect of integrative breathwork and in January 2022 she also completed her training as a Wim Hof Method instructor.

For her, the power of breath, the cold and the connection to nature are the most important resources for a happy, healthy and powerful life.
