Complete list of students and grades entered

You can enter and save the grades here. Students will see their grades entered as "provisional". Once a positive grade has been entered and saved, it cannot be changed to a negative grade or to no grade (-----). The Examination Office team will be happy to assist you with any further questions! Important note: Please generate an examination protocol after entering your grades and sign it electronically using a password. You will find a detailed description under the item „Examination Protocols“.

Examination and result protocols can be created via this function.

Results protocols/Ergebnisprotokolle - grades are permanently entered and therefore changes are only possible via the grade correction form. Please note that the results protocol is not sufficient for accounting purposes. The results protocol can also be created by employees and electronically signed using a password.

Examination protocols/Prüfungsprotokolle - grades are permanently entered and therefore changes are only possible via the grade correction form. This protocol is the basis for the calculation of the possibly due examination fees according to the agreement on performance bonuses (Betriebsvereinbarung Leistungsprämien).

After the examination protocol has been created, it must be signed electronically by the course instructor using a password. Please observe the grading periods!
