Maryam Rassouli is the lead program manager of the master's program Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control.

Maryam graduated from the master program Business Administration at the Amsterdam Business School, where her focus was on Strategic Management. She obtained her bachelor degrees in Business Administration from WU Vienna and in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Vienna. 

During her studies she already gained professional experience as a project assistant in a construction company and worked as an intern for UniCredit Bank Austria AG in the corporate banking department. After her studies, she worked as a Consultant for Deloitte and Wonderwerk Consulting, where she was responsible for projects in the areas of strategy, leadership, performance management and innovation. 

Besides her role as SIMC program manager, she is also a doctoral student at the Institute of Cognition and Behavior, where her research focus lies on cognitive factors in decision making processes.
