The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextYou can’t get far when your batteries are low. Effectiveness is related to being well rested and energized.  This body analogy is also true when it comes to thinking and learning. And we will use this idea to find restful activities and practices that you can also use during stressful study weeks to accomplish your goals.
Skills & Goals
  • Short inputs on the nervous system and what it means to be in balance and to recover
  • Why more short breaks are most effective
  • 2-3 body-based exercise that can support you in recharging your batteries on a mental, emotional and physical level
