In the Retail Marketing Consulting course, we are starting the new semester with an exciting task. For AKM, we will be looking at the use of music in service environments and its influence on consumer behaviour. Many thanks to Dieter Krupitza, who introduced us to the business at the briefing and highlighted the current challenges in the industry. Now it's off to desk and field research so that we can present our client with exciting results in January!
