This week, Heidi Kriz visited us in our Guest lecture series Praxisdialog. What an inspiring display of knowledge, experience and wit!

The great examples of stores from all over the world showed us what store experience means and how much brands invest in a convincing POS presence, even in the digital age. Storytelling, interaction and community building make all the difference!

Thanks a lot to Heidi, for taking the time to share her expertise with us also to all the committed students for the many good questions, which provided a starting point for a lively discussion.
