This week's talk in our guest lecture series “Praxisdialog” focused on “The Art of Retail”. Rainer Will, Managing Director of the German Retail Association, took us on an exciting journey through the development of retail in recent years, the current challenges and future hot topics in both online and brick and mortar commerce. Together with Gerald Kühbauer, he then answered the many questions from the audience in great detail. What an opportunity for our students to gain such a deep and authentic insight into the industry!
