This week we were happy to welcome one of our alumni Sandra Kolleth as guest speaker in our expert talk series Praxisdialog. Interviewed by Professor Schnedlitz, Ms. Kolleth provided an insight into her impressive career. Having started in sales, Ms. Kolleth was soon promoted to several management and leadership positions. At the German appliance manufacturer Miele she is currently responsible for the Austrian Market, as well as for the company’s activities in Slovenia and Croatia.

The outbreak of COVID-19 provided major challenges, showing the vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of the world we live in. Sandra Kolleth demonstrated to her audience how strong company values and an authentic premium brand positioning are major success factors that help Miele to stay ahead of the market.
