WU Guided Campus Tour

We are happy to organize a guided campus tour for groups of 10 or more students - Duration: approx. 90 minutes.

  • WU students will guide your class through our beautiful campus.

  • We will show you the library and let you take a look inside one of our lecture halls.

  • We will present our Bachelor's programs.

  • We will answer your questions about studying and student life.

Optional Add-Ons

Additionally, you can book one of our optional extras:

a) "Meet the Alumni" (duration: approx. 30 minutes):

A WU alumnus will talk about their time at WU, the start of their career and answer your questions.


b) "Meet the Prof" (duration approx. 30 minutes):

A university lecturer will talk about teaching at WU and give you an insight into their research.

Please note when booking

Campus visit & additional offer

  •  The campus visit and all additional offers are free of charge.

  •     Please send your request at least 3 weeks before the desired date using the registration form (see below).

  •     Please note: We are fully booked for the last week of June and cannot accept any further requests.

  •     Please note the learning weeks when booking! Unfortunately, library tours are not possible during the learning weeks. This applies to the following periods:

    •  21.04. - 25.04.2025

    •  10.06. - 22.06.2025

    •  10.11. - 23.11.2025

    •  12.01. - 25.01.2026

Procedure & confirmation

  •  The dates will be coordinated individually.

  •  Confirmation will only be sent as soon as we have firm confirmations for all program items.

  •  Please understand that processing may take a little longer in individual cases - e.g. at the start of the semester or during exam periods.

Important! in case of changes

  • If your requirements change or you are no longer able to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible at wuschool@wu.ac.at so that we can reschedule the event and avoid unnecessary additional work.
