Olivia Rauscher is Head of the Impact Analysis Department and Senior Researcher at the Competence Center for Nonprofit Organizations and Social Entrepreneurship at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. She has conducted and managed a number of applied research projects and evaluations with a focus on impact. Together with Christian Grünhaus she founded the Social Impact User Group of the Social Value International Network in Austria. She is on the jury of the annual "Get Active" Social Business Awards. In addition, she is currently writing her dissertation on the topic of the impact of nonprofit organizations.

Her current research and work focuses on Social Impact Measurements with a focus on SROI analyses as well as the implementation of evaluations. Social inequality, poverty reduction as well as health promotion and prevention are the main focus of her work.
