Univ. Prof. Dr. Christopher Lettl as keynote speaker at “Business in Motion 2024”

Digital transformation processes are reshaping society and work in many ways. In particular, the ongoing development and expansion of technologies that offer new opportunities for collaboration. Thereby, innovation processes become increasingly open, collaborative, and democratic.

Under the title “The Future Innovative Organization – Shaping the Innovative Organization of Tomorrow”, Univ. Prof. Dr. Christopher Lettl from the IfSTO Institute explored these topics at the “Business in Motion 2024” Think Tank, aimed at C-level executives from B2C, B2B, services, and public organizations. The event took place on October 24, 2024, and was organized by BearingPoint.

The keynote focused on the question of how progress in crowdsourcing and user innovation as well as the systematic use of AI for innovation processeswill form the cornerstones of future innovation capabilities. The conclusion: organizations aiming to remain innovative in the future should integrate aspects of user-driven innovation and AI across various levels.
