Kat­ri­na Nel­son joi­ned IOD in Oc­to­ber 2022. She com­ple­ted her pre­vious stu­dies in Ame­ri­ca fi­nis­hing with a Mas­ters in Or­ga­niza­tio­nal Lea­der­ship. Du­ring her mas­ter's stu­dies, Kat­ri­na fo­cu­sed on suc­ces­si­on plan­ning, chan­ge ma­nage­ment, and D&I.  She has also gai­ned ex­pe­ri­ence in trans­for­ma­ti­on pro­ces­ses in both small and large com­pa­nies, most re­cent­ly sup­por­ting the na­tio­nal im­plan­ta­ti­on of an in­ter­na­tio­nal cor­po­ra­te trans­for­ma­ti­on pro­cess in­vol­ving over 40 coun­tries. Kat­ri­na's re­se­arch at IOD will focus on crea­ting agile TMTs and in­ter­na­tio­nal trans­for­ma­ti­on and chan­ge pro­ces­ses.
