Katrina Nelson joined IOD in October 2022. She completed her previous studies in America finishing with a Masters in Organizational Leadership. During her master's studies, Katrina focused on succession planning, change management, and D&I.  She has also gained experience in transformation processes in both small and large companies, most recently supporting the national implantation of an international corporate transformation process involving over 40 countries. Katrina's research at IOD will focus on creating agile TMTs and international transformation and change processes.
