Re-Registration Deadline for the 2025 Summer Semester

Studying

To continue your studies and remain enrolled at WU, you have to re-register every semester. To re-register for the summer semester, please pay the applicable tuition fees/ÖH dues by March 31, 2025.

If you do not re-register by the deadline, you will be un-enrolled and you will no longer be able to take any exams, apply for a credit transfer or submit your final thesis.

Payment options: We recommend that you use online banking for paying your fees.

Application Deadlines for WU’s English-Taught Master’s Programs

Studying

The third and final priority deadline of the rolling admission period for our English-taught master’s programs (2025/26 fall intake) starts on January 9, 2025.

At the time of application, you do not need a completed bachelor’s program. To apply, please use our online application tool.

Please note: the last chance to apply for the International Management/CEMS Master's program is January 8, 2025 (priority deadline II). There is no priority deadline III for this program.

Course Catalog for Summer Semester to Go Online January 15, 2025

The course catalog (VVZ) for the upcoming 2025 summer semester is expected to be available online on January 15, 2025. In the course catalog, you will find all the courses offered in the summer semester. You can click on each course number to view a commented entry with detailed course information. Please check the dates given in the course catalog on a regular basis because course dates and lecture rooms may be subject to change.

International Short Programs (ISPs): Online Info Session

On January 23, 2025 (2:00pm – 3:00pm), the International Office invites you to an online info session about International Short Programs (ISPs). Learn how these programs work, explore the opportunities available for summer 2025, and ask your personal questions directly to our team. 

Study Abroad: Additional Application Period for Master's Students

International

From January 20 (2:00pm) to January 24, 2025 (2:00pm), the additional application period takes place. If you are enrolled in a master's program that supports international exchange, you can apply for remaining spots in overseas and European destinations. The available spots will be published on our website after the main application period is completed.
