Teaching with virtual PC workstations

Teaching and learning with software and computers have become a standard part of many courses at WU. In this context, WU relies on Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) - during the course, students work on assignments on their own notebooks - and is gradually creating suitable framework conditions.

In principle, BYOD courses can take place in any WU classroom or in special Plug & Study rooms (see “What are Plug & Study rooms”) that are particularly suitable for working with third-party applications (e.g. SPSS), as long as there is a good power supply and WLAN capacity.
