Our first guest speaker this semester was Natascha Kantauer-Gansch, Chief Customer Officer Consumer at A1. Her presentation on the topic of "How to grow and transform for long-term success" gave the students an insight into how A1 succeeds in transforming their values of team, trust and agility into success factors for the company. It was particularly interesting for us to see how A1 uses data analysis to better understand customer journeys and adapts the company’s omni-channel strategies accordingly.
