Dr. Aleksandra Klein was recently awarded the prestigious Dr. Maria Schaumayer Stiftung recognition award for her doctoral dissertation titled “Fostering team creativity through team potency: The roles of use of objective performance evaluations and transformational leadership”. She has defended her doctoral thesis with honors at IfU, WU in 2018, and was affiliated with the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga before she rejoined the institute last year. The Dr. Maria Schaumayer Stiftung recognizes young female researchers for their outstanding research contributions, and seeks to support the future careers of talented females.
