How Can I Participate?

Every successful business idea needs a clear strategy and a strong business plan. The Business Case Challenge 2025 is your chance to showcase your skills—either alone or in a team (max. 4 people per team).

Rules – What You Need to Know

• Team Size: You can participate alone or in a team of up to 4 people.

• Who Can Participate? The competition is open to students and high school students from all around the world.

• Registration is Required: You must register to gain access to the business cases.

Make sure to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth participation process.

Here’s how it works:

• 1. Explore the 2025 business cases presented by our partners Austrian, OMV, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien.

• 2. Attend the Business Case Challenge Day on April 4 at WU Vienna to meet company representatives and learn about the cases. (OPTIONAL)

• 3. Choose the case that best matches your skills and interests.

• 4. Join the online coaching sessions on April 11, 18, 25, and May 2 to gain valuable insights from experts and refine your solution.

• 5. Work on your selected case and develop a structured and innovative solution.

• 6. Submit your final case by May 28 in either English or German.

• 7. Wait for the evaluation by our jury, which will select the best ideas for the grand finale on June 17.
