Your mission:

• Support our Diversity & Inclusion Team in making Mondi more inclusive for all employees

• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives in diversity & inclusion 

• Coordinate marketing and communication content to promote and report on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within Mondi

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies or finished bachelor's programme, ideally in the field of social sciences, a focus on D&I would be an advantage

• Highly interested in D&I topics in a corporate environment

• Proactive, outgoing personality with the ability to communicate through different cultures on all levels of an organization

• Well organized, proactive teamplayer

• Advanced skills in MS Office, in particular Power Point

• Fluent in English, additional language skills beneficial

• Other similar qualifications, same chances. We are open to individual careers.

The offer:

• Start: January 2023

• Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna

• Duration: limited to 12 months

• Extent: min. 30 hours / week

• We offer a compensation package starting at € 1,550 gross / month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
