• WU bachelor's students selected for a semester abroad at a CEEPUS partner university can apply for CEEPUS grants. These grants are available if WU has an exchange agreement with that university for the current academic year and if CEEPUS grants are available.

• Applications can be submitted during the application periods set by the International Office.

• CEEPUS funding will not be granted for a stay in the applicant's home country.

• After being allocated for an exchange place at a CEEPUS partner university, you can apply for a respective grant.

• CEEPUS grants are intended to cover the entire cost of living during the exchange semester abroad. The grants are awarded by the host countries. For the exact amount of monthly support, please refer to: www.ceepus.info.

• Recipients of a federal study grant may receive both a CEEPUS grant and federal financial aid for their stay abroad.

• In addition to the CEEPUS grant, WU students can receive a mobility grant from the Austrian CEEPUS Office (OeAD).

• Regarding the mobility grant from the Austrian CEEPUS Office (OeAD), stays of at least one month can be supported. The mobility grant amounts to €300 per month and will be transferred to the account of the CEEPUS grant holder in monthly installments upon application.

Within eight weeks of the end of your stay abroad, the following documents must be submitted to the Austrian CEEPUS Office:

• Evidence of academic achievement: Please note that 3 ECTS credits per month must be completed during the semester abroad. The Student Report is to be filled out online.

• Confirmation of Stay issued by the host institution upon completion of the exchange period; to be submitted online.

• Exchange report: Do not forget to upload the exchange report via the Online Services for Students. A template for bachelor's students can be found here.
