WU alumna Patricia Neumann has been named WU Manager of the Year 2024

She is a high-profile international manager and was appointed CEO of Siemens AG Austria in 2023, making her the second woman to head this technology company. In her lecture, she will explain why innovation and cutting-edge technologies are crucially important for Austria as a business location and how they impact society at large. In particular, she advocates for strengthening (continuing) education in the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
