Your breath is a reliable resources – from the very beginning of your life. Conscious breathing can be a source of energy and strength that is always available to you. If you know how to use it well, it will offer fresh energy, focus and serenity to support you in daily life as well as particularly challenging moments.

You can build a bridge between your conscious and uncconscious parts and activate previously unaccessible resources.

This workshop is facilitated by Helene Salomon. In groups as well as one-to-one settings she has been supporting people for 15 years as an integrative bodyworker, yoga teacher and movement educator. For her, breathing is the most effective tool, not only on the yoga mat but also in everyday situations so you can move through life in a balanced and healthy way.
