In the lecture series "Praxisdialog/practitioners talk", renowned practitioners present current problems and challenges of their companies and industries as guest speakers. Students of the SBWL Retailing & Marketing have the opportunity to make practical contacts and discuss course content with renowned experts from the business world.

The lecture series was initiated by Prof. Schnedlitz, Director of the Institute of Retailing & Marketing from 1992 to 2019, and has been very successful for 29 years. Over the past decades, international stars such as the founding father of marketing, Philip Kotler, and the CEO of the world's largest retailer, Walmart, have accepted his invitation to speak at WU. The management teams of all major Austrian retail and industrial companies have also been guests at the Praxisdialog. We are pleased to be able to continue the Praxisdialog in the spirit of Prof. Schnedlitz after his retirement.
