Course 3 - Research Methods in Marketing

Course 3 with Monika and Till started this week. Practical relevance is also very important when it comes to research methods. Topics such as Big Data and AI are currently much discussed in research. That's why Christof Bitschnau, CEO of Quantics, was our guest in the second session.

After his keynote on "How can we create value from data using AI?" and numerous examples of use cases, the students worked in small groups on questions such as: pros and cons of AI in marketing research; what are the interests of the various stakeholders involved; the students' ideas were then discussed with our guest.
