Quynh Nguyen joined the IOD team as a Teaching and Research Associate in March 2025.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Banking, from the Bern University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. After graduation, Quynh gained experience in Vietnam and Singapore, working across various Human Resources functions, including Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Change Management. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

In 2022, Quynh returned to Switzerland to pursue a Master's degree in Business and Technology at the University of Basel, specializing in Strategy and Organization. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant, providing tutoring, supporting literature reviews, and conducting empirical analysis for academic publications.
