Cara has been working as a tutor at the Institute for Organization Design since October 2024.

She completed her Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Organization and International Business at WU Vienna and spent a semester abroad at the University of Sydney. She is currently completing a Master's degree in International Management (CEMS MIM) at WU Vienna and NOVA SBE.

Between her Bachelor's and Master's studies, she took part in the "Power of 4" gap year program, where she worked at Bain & Company, Telekom Strategy Consulting, Procter & Gamble and FC Bayern in Germany. Before that, she worked as an Associate at Heitger Consulting by KPMG in the area of ​​change management and gained international experience through an internship at the EU representation of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Brussels.
