Our students delved into the topic of "Career Development and how to best motivate, attract and retain talent" with great support from our project partner Magenta. 

Our students had recently the opportunity to present their findings to the CHRO Nathalie Rau and her team at the T-Center in Vienna. This was a valuable opportunity for the students to gain practical insights and apply their academic knowledge in a real-world context.

We acongrat the students for their achievements and performance in this project. The collaboration with Magenta not only provided them with valuable insights into many practical aspects but also highlighted the importance of such partnerships in bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application.
