The Master Class CEE was a fully new experience for me: investigating and being taught on business conduct in CEE by professors and company representatives located at different places across Europe. What I especially will take away from this Master Class CEE is the respect for each individual's ancestors and background. There is such a diversity and history behind each Class member, which knowing about enriches the personal conduct with each other enormously.

The multicultural setting allowed me to improve my soft skills and broaden my horizons. The Master Class CEE was a wonderful experience, which I wouldn't want to miss and which I can recommend to every WU Master student who wants to broaden his or her horizon. The mix of courses to gain valuable contextual knowledge about the CEE region, the application-oriented project seminar and the field trip to Budapest was chosen very carefully and allows seamlessly combining theory and practice and getting the most out of the program. What is unique about the MC CEE is that it certainly provides a comprehensive environment necessary to learn about the business dynamics in the CEE region. An additional value of it is in the opportunity to learn from experienced company representatives, exchange cultural insights and conduct research on real-case scenarios. I would say that the MC CEE program is a real knowledge and experience gaining journey, regardless where you come from or how much you know about the region itself.

What makes the Master Class CEE so special is the combination of people, theory, practical insights and a lot of fun! Besides classes, we visited production sites and headquarters of our corporate partners. Our field trips led us to Warsaw, Brno and Prague, where we had the chance to talk to founders and CEOs of start-ups, innovation managers, chief analysts and many more about trends and challenges they currently have to deal with. To sum up, the Master Class CEE really offers a very special learning experience, in a highly motivated and international community.
