• Doris Zingl (head of the legal department at the Austrian Bankers Association, founder of the Gender Diversity Initiative of the Austrian Bankers Association) and

• Bettina Fuhrmann (full professor of Business Education at WU Wien)

moderated by Michael Köttritsch, head of "Management & Career", die Presse.

In addition, Doris Zingl and Tatjana Degasperi (University Assistant at the Institute for Business Education at WU) presented exciting insights into the experiences of women in the labor market with the study "Karenz und Karriere - (k)ein Widerspruch?" [(Maternity) Leave and Career - Contradictory or not?].
