At the Conference

The conference takes place at the campus of Vienna University of Business and Administration (WU Vienna), Welthandelsplatz 1, A-1020 Vienna. All presentations and workshops as well as the coffee breaks will take place at the Teaching Centre (TC).

Workshops and Poster Session: TC 3.06 and TC 3.07

Registration desk: ground floor of the Teaching Centre (TC) (next to the main entrance). It will be manned throughout the conference.

Coffee breaks: ground floor and in the workshop rooms during the workshops.

How to get there

By public transportation
Campus WU Vienna is located between the two U2 subway stations Krieau (east entrance) and Messe (west entrance). Bus line 82A (Krieau) and streetcar line 1 (Prater Hauptallee) also stop close to Campus WU.

By car
The underground parking garage is located under the main boulevard running through the campus. The entrance to the garage is on Trabrennstrasse. The garage has 411 parking places; 180 places are for short-term parking, the rest is reserved for long-term pass holders. There are four exits to the campus from the garage. All exits lead to the outside, so that visitors can enter all campus buildings from their main entrances on the ground floor.

    Presentations and equipment

    Oral Presentations have a duration of 28 minutes with 20 minutes dedicated to the presentation and 8 minutes for discussion and questions. The remaining two minutes will be reserved for changing rooms. If you wish you can already send us your presentation until August 26th and we will make this copy available on site.

    Posters: There are no restrictions in terms of size or format.

    Printing & Photocopying: Our staff is happy to print or photocopy handouts or other documents for you.

    Technical equipment: All rooms are equipped with a notebook, a projector and microphones where necessary. Please bring along your own USB memory stick. We ask you to copy your presentation onto the computer well in advance. Please contact our staff for assistance.

    WLAN: We will provide WLAN access throughout the conference.

    Restaurants and snack shops at Campus WU

    An ATM machine is located next to the “Mensa” cafeteria. Another one is located in the “Spar” supermarket.
