In the conference program there will be some space for member contributions. We invite you to let us know, whether you want to contribute to the conference with a lightning talk or a poster.

A lightning talk should be a 20-minute presentation to one of the conference topics or any theme you would like to share with the attendees.

The second format will be a poster session. Please bring your poster with you and present it in a short statement at the beginning of the session. In 10 to 15 minutes slots the audience will visit then posters they are most interest for them.

The conference topics are:

“Finding possibility in uncertainty: libraries embracing the future”

• All sorts of aspects of AI

• Multicultural aspects in leadership, teams, day to day practice

• Services to support research

• How to make inroads with library services in the main processes of teaching and research of an university

• Open Science

• Sustainability

• Data – the new oil in the world

• And any other topic you would like to share

If you would like to contribute with a lightning talk or a poster, please submit the theme and a very short abstract to the conference program committee via email: JMV2025@wu.ac.at
