Work at IfU, previous experience and academic profile

Raoul is a research and teaching associate and has started at the Institute for Strategy and Managerial Accounting (IfU) in October 2024. He completed his B.Sc in Business Administration and M.Sc. In Corporate Development both at University of Cologne. Before joining the institute, Raoul worked at strategy consultancies on corporate strategy, performance and cost management, as well as implementation projects, mostly in national and international firms of the retail and consumer goods industry.

Research interest

Raoul's research interests lie in the design of management control systems in the context of sustainability. Specifically he is interested in how companies can successfully implement managerial practices to reach sustainability goals.
