Ju­li­an is an M.Sc. Gra­dua­te of the Rot­ter­dam School of Ma­nage­ment, Eras­mus Uni­ver­si­ty in Human Re­sour­ce Ma­nage­ment. His aca­de­mic tra­jec­to­ry has taken place in The Ne­ther­lands and Fran­ce, com­ple­men­ted by work ex­pe­ri­ence in Bel­gi­um, Bul­ga­ria, and Malta. His re­se­arch fo­cu­ses on Human Re­sour­ces, Em­ployee Au­to­no­my, Ma­nage­ment Con­trol, Or­ga­niza­tio­nal De­sign, and Lea­der­ship. 
 
Fun fact! For his re­se­arch on lea­der­ship, Ju­li­an was awar­ded the RSM M.Sc. Human Re­sour­ce Ma­nage­ment The­sis Award 2022 for ex­cel­lence in re­se­arch.
