The power of a pause

The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextKnowing how to recharge your batteries is an art. And many roads lead to Rome. There are many different pathways to find balance and calm to actually recover well.The aim of this skill session is to show you different practices and perspectives on how you can use effective breaks for yourself and integrate them into your everyday life.
Skills & Goals
  • Short inputs on the nervous system and what it means to be in balance and to recover
  • 3-4 body-based exercise that can support you in recharging your batteries on a mental, emotional and physical level
  • Self-Inquiry question: Which activities are "regenerative" for me?
