The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

ContextBreathing connects body and mind. Breathing is an essential body function and perhaps the most effective way to stay centered or regain your center when everyday life gets stressful or overwhelming. The breathing process reflects how we relate to ourselves and the world.

  • Embodied Anatomy for breathing
  • Coherent Breathing as a regenerative and health-promoting breathing technique
  • 2-3 breathing exercises that strengthen different abilities for different intentions
