Peter Grabuschnig

In my role as a partner, trainer and coach at MDI and many years of leadership experience, I combine my passion for leadership development with modern training approaches. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of leading teams ranging from 8 to 130 employees, working with over 40 nationalities across various industries – from pharmaceuticals to finance, retail, and manufacturing.

My journey has shaped my approach to training: from managing hotels in Sri Lanka to traveling the world's oceans as a training manager with AIDA cruise lines. With my systemic coaching approach (ICF standard) and expertise in personality models, I focus on empowering others to develop their own solutions. As co-founder of LEAF Edutainment, I'm also passionate about creating engaging, transfer-oriented learning experiences.
