The BCC was founded in 2020 by DDr. Michael Tojner and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Jonas Puck. It is organized by WU Vienna in collaboration with the eXplore! initiative. Every year, numerous students and high school participants from various disciplines join the challenge to develop innovative solutions for real business cases from partner companies such as Austrian Airlines, OMV, and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien.

Participants have the opportunity to:

  • Gain practical business experience,

  • Develop further through coaching and expert feedback,

  • Expand their network with top companies,

  • Present their ideas to a high-profile jury, and

  • Compete for a prize pool of €12,000.

The BCC offers an ideal platform for career-driven students who want to test their analytical and entrepreneurial skills in a realistic, competitive environment.
