About

Dominik Klaus studied Socioeconomics at WU and, after graduating, worked as a teaching development assistant (eDeveloper) in the Sustainable Economy program at the Institute for Sociology and Empirical Social Research. In 2017, he went to the University of Vienna with a DOC-team scholarship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences, where he worked as a research assistant on his dissertation project on "Recognition and identity work in unbounded employment relationships" in the field of sociology of work until the end of 2020. In addition to the topics of delimitation, new forms of work and recognition relationships dealt with there, he also deals with questions of sustainable development and labor market policy. Dominik is currently working on a research project on health burdens in online platform work at the Division for Health Economics and Policy. He also works as a lecturer at WU and the University of Vienna.
