Evaluation of impact networks: Follow-up project on the impact of the Bosch Alumni Network

The Social Entrepreneurship Center is conducting an empirical evaluation of the Bosch Alumni Network for the second time. Similar to the first round of the project, the effects and benefits of the network will be explored with the help of a qualitative survey and an online survey with network members. Additionaly, the aim of the second project round is to compare the results with the previous survey and to identify possible changes in the processes and impact logics. Once again, the project partner is the International Alumni Center, iac Berlin for short. The qualitative surveys will take place in the first half of 2025. The quantitative survey will be conducted in the second half of the year.

The results of the last project showed how the network promotes interactions and collaborations and, as a result, creates direct benefits for its members and, subsequently, for society. Among other things, 3300 new projects were initiated between members of the network. On average, members attributed 25% of their success to network membership.
