Reinhard Zuba studied business administration and psychology in Vienna. He holds a doctoral and a master’s degree (Magister) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Reinhard started his career at the department of marketing at WU as a researcher and lecturer focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality. Later on Reinhard was gaining broad marketing experience by working for a leading FMCG company as a Product- and Key-account manager. More than 20 years of his professional career he spent in the telecommunications industry. There he held various CXO and supervisory board positions in leading telco companies across Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasian region.

In the recent years of his career Reinhard joined one of the top consulting companies in the world. As a senior advisor he works mainly on telecommunication projects for international clients. Through all these years Reinhard kept his proximity to the academic sector in general and to the WU department of Marketing specifically by sharing his experience of international business life with students from all over - in lectures and seminars.
