We kicked off the summer holidays hosting an exciting webinar with Prof. Jennifer Petriglieri.

Jennifer Petriglieri is an Associate Professor of organizational behaviour at INSEAD, where she directs the Women Leaders Programme, the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme and the Management Acceleration Programme for executives. As an expert in leadership and careers she publishes her scholarly work in top academic journals including the Administrative Science Quarterly and the Academy of Management Review. She is the author of Couples That Work, an acclaimed book about what it takes for working couples to thrive in their careers and their relationships. She was shortlisted for the Talent award in 2019 by Thinkers50, the ranking of the most influential management authors in the world.

In the webinar, Prof. Pertriglieri drew insights from her research and her personal experience about what it takes to thrive in an academic career while maintaining healthy non work relationships and a family.
